I worked with Robert in buying my first multi-family house and it was a breeze to work with him. He discussed all my needs and in less than 2 months, we found a perfect house and had my offer accepted. He made the process simple and through his contacts for home inspection and attorney, the whole process was seamless. Not only he helped in finding me a perfect home, Robert also helped in finding renters for the second unit of the house and helped in preparing all leasing documents. I definitely look forward to working with him again in future.

If you read nothing else, read this—Bobby is an exceptional real estate agent who will work tirelessly to find the perfect property for you. I was referred to Bobby through a home inspector after nearly TWO YEARS of searching for a great deal on a multi-family property in the competitive North Shore market. My list of needs/wants was nauseating to most agents, each of whom told me I needed to lower my standards. Not Bobby. Instead, he rolled up his sleeves and analyzed countless properties with me—working through the numbers to identify good opportunities, organize private showings as early as possible, and help prepare competitive offers. In less than 6-months Bobby found me a perfect property (honestly, it was better than even I was expecting at this point). He made the closing process so easily I hardly even remember it. I look forward to working with Bobby again on future deals.

I had the pleasure of Robert selling my husband and I our second home as an investment opportunity and he made the whole experience seem less and very easy to understand as we had only bought 1 house before. He is very knowledgeable and walked us through all the steps beforehand so we all knew what to expect.
He had a everything lined up on his end so we just had to show up for inspections and appointments. He had all the right questions to ask for the seller which also helped me and my husband because he asked things we hadn’t thought of. From the beginning we could see that Robert did his homework on the property and the area that we were buying in.
I was going through all the anxiety of buying a second home and was second guessing our decision but i was happy that we kept moving forward in the process and Robert reassured us of the process.
For me it was normal jitters but im glad that we moved forward and I would do it again with Robert as our relator.
I know for us, when it comes time to sell or buy again, Robert will be our go to agent as we felt extremely comfortable working with him.
