So, selling it is hard. And, buying one that is just right, is probably even harder! And, that’s where I come in. My name is Robert Bruckner. I am a real estate broker. I have been helping home buyers and sellers for 21 years. And, would you believe, I have been asked the same questions about buying and selling homes for 21 years. You would think that, by now, I would have the answers memorized. But, no such luck. The houses don’t change too much, just the people who buy them.

What makes me different than most real estate agents is the way I view my job as a real estate professional. What I do is translate your needs, desires, dreams into definable and attainable goals. If you can’t visualize yourself in the home, there’s no sense in trying to make it work. And, if the offers on your home don’t meet your expectations, there is no sense in moving forward with an unsatisfying transaction. As your real estate broker, my job is to bring you the results you want, help you live the lifestyle you desire and enjoy the wonderful opportunities that only can be realized through professional real estate representation. My focus isn’t on your house. It’s on you! My goal is to present you with life changing opportunities, give you time to consider them and help you work out the details should you desire to move forward with a real estate transaction.
