He took the time to listen to our wants and did his due diligence to make it happen. He understands the local market very well. Buying or selling a house can be a stressful time, but he was able to make it as smooth as possible so that we were comfortable every step of the way. The Delta Realty team found us the perfect home in a very challenging environment where there was extremely limited inventory and rising costs. They carefully listened to our requirements and made recommendations about the areas that would be suitable. They didn’t waste time showing us properties that were not a good fit. We became friends along the way. They don’t always tell you want you want to hear, but they will tell you what you NEED to hear. In the end, we found the perfect home in the perfect location at a decent price. It was a stroke of luck that we found this company. We felt like we were there only clients.
