He is a native of Guilford Connecticut and knows the neighboring towns on Branford, North Branford, Madison and Clinton like the back of his hand. His expertise is in Energy-efficiency with a love of Eco-friendly homes. So that he could better serve his clients in 2015, he received from The National Association of Realtors the coveted Green Designation. He continued his studies later with The U.S. Green Building Council and in 2016 was awarded the GPRO Certificate in Fundamentals of Building Green and Operations & Maintenance Essentials.

In short when a homes is Eco-Friendly, it can be described in more words than just "Green", but also "Low Maintenance, Energy-Efficient, better ventilation, More Comfortable, Smart design, and yes, Environmentally Responsible living.

He graduated from the Guilford High School in 1985, received his BA in International Marketing from George Washington University in Washington, DC and his MBA from Catholic University in Leuven, Belgium. His career has included extensive work in the internet marketing industry in New York City, Warsaw, Prague and Manchester, England.

In 2011, he returned to Connecticut to be closer to his family and life-long friends. His interest in real estate combined with his experience in marketing and the internet makes him a consummate Realtor. “I love being home again, and being able to help my customers and clients buy and sell property is very rewarding to me. I especially appreciate handling antique homes and I feel privileged to live in an area where so many abound.”

He was trained in understanding what makes a property green, helping clients evaluate the cost/benefits of green building features and practices, distinguishing between industry rating and classification systems, listing and marketing green homes and buildings, discussing the financial grants and incentives available to homeowners, and helping consumers see a property’s green potential.
