Robert Clifford

Robert D. Clifford MAI, MRICS is a Senior Consultant with Porto Leone Consulting, LLC (“PLC”). He has more than 22 years of residential, commercial and industrial real estate appraisal and consulting experience. His client base includes corporations, institutional investors, attorneys, lenders, and individual investors. He has completed assignments in 20 States and in Europe. His reports have been used for purchase accounting, asset-backed financing, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, investment planning and a variety of other purposes. Mr. Clifford has extensive experience in a variety of complex valuation assignments.

Prior to PLC, Mr. Clifford was the owner of R. D. Clifford Associates, Inc., a valuation firm he founded in 1991 that provided commercial real estate appraisals primarily for financial institutions and the legal community.

Mr. Clifford received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ramapo College and has completed more than 800 hours of education directly related to real estate appraisal and consulting. He holds both the MAI and RM designations with the Appraisal Institute, which is the oldest and most widely recognized real estate appraisal organization. He also holds the MRICS designation with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He is certified in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania
