Hello,
My name is Robert Coscia (ka-sha / Italian), and I am the Broker, Realtor & Owner of Personal Realty Advisers.
I have been involved in selling Luxury homes and Condos for more than 30 years. Many on the Islands of Sanibel and Captiva, and more recently in the St. Pete Beach Communities.

In addition to expertise in the real estate field, I have a wealth of technical education and hands-on experience designing floor plans for new construction and remodeling. I've been working in homes, condominiums and commercial properties most of my life, and this has given me great pleasure in knowing I have helped many people reach their goals & dreams. I have guided customers in more than 2,000 units, either buying, selling, and/or as a building subcontractor or as a new-home construction consultant.
