About Robert

Rob was a 2013-2014 Pearce Rookie of the Year Candidate.

As of 2014, Rob became an e-PRO certified agent. An agent with an
e-PRO® certification shows consumers that they are willing to go the extra mile to provide the most up-to-date and sophisticated service. Rob does that by applying advanced technologies and social media strategies to his business plan.

In 2015, Rob was named the Director of the Pearce Rental Division. “Many Real Estate agents ignore renters and do not realize it’s a very strong section of today’s market. By creating and maintaining relationships with renters all over the Shoreline, I have access to a vast database of soon to be buyers.”

In 2016, Rob received another certification, Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).

For the year of 2016, Rob finished in the Top 5 in number of sales and sales volume for all Pearce Real Estate Shoreline Realtors (Old Saybrook - West Haven).

Rob was also named a 2017 Rising Star Real Estate Agent by Five Star Professional. Rising Stars’ research methodology incorporates objective criteria such as experience, production levels, peer review and disciplinary history. Clients surveyed rated real estate agents on evaluative criteria, such as customer service, market knowledge, and overall satisfaction.

Rob is a lifelong Guilford resident, along with his mom, Janice, and brothers, Mike and Josh. Rob is a proud graduate of the Guilford Public Schools. Since his graduation from Guilford High School in 2009, Rob has studied marketing, advertising, and psychology.
Rob is an active member of the community and is currently volunteering on three local committees. Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America, Board of Directors for the Guilford Free Library, and the Housing for Economic Growth and Development Plan Committee in Guilford.
