Robert Dockerty

Bob Dockerty is a Principal in Dockerty Romer & Co. Bob began his career in commercial mortgage banking in 1982 after graduating from The University of Texas in 1981. Bob worked at Holliday Fenoglio & Co. for 18 years eventually becoming a partner in the firm in 1992. In January 1987 he moved to South Florida along with Craig Romer and started the Florida operation and grew it to the largest commercial mortgage operation in South Florida annually producing $1 billion in new debt & equity investments. In 1994, the renamed firm, Holliday Fenoglio Dockerty Gibson Inc. was sold to Ameresco, a publicly held financial services firm. In January 2000, he started Dockerty Romer & Co with long time partner Craig Romer. Bob is a member of the MBA and actively participates in NAIOP and ICSC.
