Bob was extremely helpful through a very tough housing market. He stuck with it and guided us through the process. Settlement was smoother than I ever remember with this being our third house. Bob Downs assisted me recently with locating my new home. With inventory levels low, that was not an easy task and I could not be happier with the end result. Bob was also very helpful throughout the process with identifying potential issues with certain home features, explaining how certain systems worked (I had never had well before!), and assessing what true selling price would be after the bidding ended. I would highly recommend Bob's services to anyone interested in acquiring or selling real estate.

Bob Downs has been a wonderful realtor. He is very professional, extremely attentive and overall the best realtor I've ever worked with. His recommendations about staging and repairs are spot on. He has also gone above and beyond to help with things when I found myself out of town. He is generous with his knowledge and patient when explaining technical procedures. He also has an uncanny sense of finding just the right buyer/renter. I will definitely use him again for all my real estate needs in the Chester Springs, Malvern and Main Line PA areas. Bob is an excellent agent! In an extraordinarily tough real estate market, Bob helped us bid successfully on just the house we wanted! He listens to you, and will show you the house for you.

Not only did we get the house for a truly fair price, Bob helped us navigate the entire process so that the whole thing seemed seemless. Bob is more than just a pleasure to work with, he is a consummate professional.

Hopefully, we won't be moving again soon. We really like this house! But if we do, we will certainly be calling Bob again! I have already recommended him to other family members.
