Robert Elbrecht

Robert L. Elbrecht has 43 years of involvement in the real estate industry, beginning as an Asset Manager within the Trust Real Estate division at the Northern Trust Bank of Chicago which has led to his current role as President and Owner of Tri-State Realty, Inc., a commercial real estate firm located in Lake County, Illinois. Tri-State Realty primarily covers northern Illinois and southeast Wisconsin. Mr. Elbrecht has acquired a diverse background of experience in many facets of commercial real estate and is widely respected by the business community (private and public) for his expertise and by other real estate professionals in the CRE industry. Mr. Elbrecht has represented or completed nearly $800,000,000 ($800M) in commercial lease and sale transactions involving office, industrial, land, and build-to-suit projects with institutional owners, investors, entrepreneurs, small to medium size corporations, developers, government and non-profit organizations.
