Robert Elliott is a founding partner of Stillwater Capital, where he oversees the company’s development and investment activities.

Stillwater has become a market leading development company with expertise in multi-family, single family, mixed-use and industrial projects. Stillwater has led the successful development of over $1B worth of completed projects.

Through the company’s custom home building brand, Robert Elliott Custom Homes (RECH), Elliott leads one of Dallas’ premiere single-family builders. The formation of the brand came from a rare business opportunity in the wake of the 2008 real estate recession where RECH acquired more than 50 single-family lots in the highly sought-after communities of Highland Park and University Park, TX. Since inception, RECH has completed over 200 homes in and around the Park Cities area of Dallas.

In his free time, you can find him golfing or coaching his children in their youth sports. He resides in Bluffview with his wife, Amanda, and their four children.
