Chattanooga-born and raised, Robert spent his formative years at McCallie School then attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He has an appreciation like no other for the amazing transformation that this city has seen. His deep understanding of commercial real estate is a culmination of his experience, both professional and personal. In a long-term role as Vice-President of Central Park of America, Inc., Robert gained more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, bearing responsibility for all aspects of site selection, financing, and site development for company-owned and franchised restaurants. As an owner and manager of several personal investment projects ranging from apartment buildings to office complexes to self-storage facilities, Robert cut his teeth through varied roles that contribute to his unique understanding of the business of real estate.
