We had a great experience with Rob Fisher. He was really proactive helping us look for a house and always flexible with showings. He was great at communication and very personable. We had some bumps with a solar panel lease and Rob would sit on hold for hours trying to figure it out for us which we really appreciated. He communicated and checked in during the entire process and answered all my questions and never was impatient. Thank you Rob we appreciate you !

Rob Fisher has been one of the best realtors we've worked with. We had multiple issues with the buyers and their title company but Rob stepped up and handled everything. We also had a few issues with our title before we even got started but Rob did all the leg work as we worked with our lawyer to get everything sorted out. Very knowledgeable dude and I highly recommend him.

We cannot say enough about what a fantastic job Rob did for us. He is a superstar agent. Rob is extremely knowledge, knows the market, very timely, and has excellent people skills in a field where these traits are essential in obtaining the best deal. He is also transparent, ethical, and cares about his clients. Rob has a great understanding of the market and takes the time to complete the research and uses data as an indicator to inform decisions. He went out of his way to ensure availability and went over and above throughout both the search for our new home as well as the sale of our existing home. My wife and I continue to say we would not have been about to pull of our deal without him. Rob is a true professional and he also partners with the best in terms of financials, insurance, etc. He is the best in the business and it was a privilege to have him on our side.

Rob sold our home, he was awesome.
He gave us great tips for staging the home and was willing to have multiple open houses with different times that would be best for selling. We needed some repairs and Rob had great contacts who were very professional and prompt.
Look no further for a great realtor with years of experience.

March 2016- Rob was our realtor for our home. Talked us through the whole process, answered every question we had, as newcommers to the land of real estate.
He gave us advice and and it was clear he cared that we got the Home we wanted, not just a house.

Was extremely helpful from searching to closing. He would meet us outside ‘normal business hours’ as we travelled to the city from the suburbs. Couldn’t recommend a better guy!

Rob helped us buy and sell at the same time. His practical approach de-stressed the process and his advice kept us level when things got strange. When I first moved to Philadelphia, I reached out to a lot of agents to find a rental property. Rob was the only person who responded quickly and adjusted to my schedule. He gave me his honest opinion on the location, since I was not familiar with the area. We toured literally dozens of places.
I loved Philly so much that I decided to buy a home a year later. Rob was the first and only person I needed to contact. To be completely upfront, I am a picky person. I wanted the right sized home, a particular location, and at the right price! Rob worked with me for four months and through the pandemic to find the perfect home for me, all while maintaining great communication and observing health and safety concerns. And we toured dozens of places, again! He was patient and attentive every time we spoke and toured a new place. My experience was paralleled, and I am so happy with my decision to work with Rob to buy my new home!

I am active duty military so I have lived in a lot of different cities and worked with a lot of different agents. I recommend him to everyone I know. He is hands down the best I have worked with!
