About Robert

A native of Northeast Connecticut, Robert has always been a creative entrepreneur. Some of his early ventures were Wall Stone Interiors, a painting and restoration company for fine homes, and Olive Tree Catering, a gourmet catering company. Robert spent many years traveling in Europe from the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, and France where he discovered his next big idea. In 1991 Robert opened Café Earth, one of the first few cafes to serve espresso drinks outside of a major metropolitan city. Café Earth was located on the campus of the University Of Connecticut. The energy and liveliness of the European styled café eventually grew to an immense success and Robert expanded to multiple locations. Robert sold the last of his cafés in 2001 and was searching for his next venture. It started simply by purchasing his first condominium on South Beach, an ocean front unit on Ocean Dr. This expanded to a savvy real estate investor buying and selling a portfolio of over a dozen properties. During this time Robert obtained his real estate license. Working at Athena Realty, his dedication and arduous work quickly earned Robert number 1 agent for sales and rentals at Athena and top 5% on Miami Beach. Robert, a successful real estate broker, investor, is proficient at forecasting market trends and has been very successful at helping his clients find the best real estate deals and selling at the appropriate time to earn profits.

As one of the top 100 professionals in the real estate industry Robert has been invited for the past three years to participate in the Miami Herald real estate survey.

Over the years Robert has learned that real success is about giving back to the community both locally and where he felt he could be effective.

Five Boston to New York AIDS rides, four Miami to Key West AIDS rides and numerous AIDS walks in New York, Boston, Hartford, and Miami. Robert participated in several Walk For The Animals both in Miami And Fort Lauderdale. Robert participated in Breast Cancer Walks in Miami. Robert also completed three trips to New Orleans to work with Habitat For Humanity, rebuilding in the Lower Ninth Ward and Harry Connick's Musician's Village. Robert has made a commitment to continue giving and welcomes others to join him.
