Bob Green is a Senior Certified Commercial Broker Associate. He has completed extensive commercial sales, leasing, and residential development. His recent sales have included shopping centers, industrial properties, apartment buildings, raw land, developed land and a mobilehome park, among others. Bob is one of the most experienced agents in the industry, having had his Brokers license since 1968.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker in 1992, Bob Green was an executive vice president with Christopherson Homes, a large local residential building and development firm where his responsibilities included land acquisition, development entitlements, project budgeting, joint venture creation and real estate broker. As vice president for Alltex, Bob coordinated residential development project in the Fountaingrove area of Santa Rosa.
Bob holds an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) from the University of Tulsa and a BBA (Bachelors of Business Administration) from Loyola University at Los Angeles.
