We have worked with Rob Grether, Lakepoint Realty, on several real estate transactions dating back to 2013. We purchased homes that we flipped and resold through Lakepoint Realty as well as two residences.

Rob was very responsive to our interests in searching for just the right home after we downsized and when we decided to move to a more country setting, he was on it. He would meet us all over Dane County analyzing the property with our desired outcome. Once we decided, Rob was quick to understand how to negotiate in our best interests. We found him to be savvy and thought provoking during negotiations and the end result was in our favor.
