Robert’s first experiences with real estate came when he was growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio. Watching his parents go through the process of buying and selling homes piqued his interest, and he later took note as they built two houses from the ground up. When it was time to retire from basketball, Robert remembered his early interest and quickly built a flourishing career helping people navigate the real estate market.

Robert uses his influence to give back to his community. Guided by his motto, “Progress, not perfection,” Robert founded two nonprofits, Flight Academy School and Ibel13ve, to help youth prepare for life and create a mindset for success. As Robert’s accomplishments continue to grow, he’s become an ideal role model for the program.
