This was my first experience selling a property (a coach house in Schaumburg) and Rob helped me every step of the way. He thoroughly explained how the selling process worked and what to expect, and responded promptly to my many questions. Rob listened to me and my concerns, and then provided excellent advice on my options. Because I had already moved out and my unit was vacant, Rob suggested we use "virtual furniture" in the pictures for my marketing brochure. I didn't even know you could do that and the brochure turned out great! Rob definitely has the interest of the client first and foremost, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my family and friends looking to buy or sell a home.

We couldn't have asked for a better agent than Rob Homa. From the moment we selected him as our agent, he was thorough in all aspects of selling our home and buying a home. He listened to all our needs and answered my millions of e-mails and questions along the path. He is why we are where we are today. Rob is fantastic! He made buying my wife and I’s first condo together in Chicago a smooth and seamless process. We felt confident in him from the very beginning. Rob listened carefully to our wants and needs and always put our satisfaction as his top priority. He was quickly able to grasp our ‘vision’ and we were lucky enough to find our home on the first day touring condos! Rob’s preparedness and organizational skills were immediately apparent that day. He had put together a folder for us detailing the schedule for the day as well as a map and information on each property.

Going into this, there was a lot we didn’t know about the home-buying process. Rob took the time to explain each step and answer all of our questions throughout the process. By the end, we felt like confident, informed home-buyers!
