Robert Jahn

With over 16 years experience in real estate as a sales agent, property manager, and personal investor, Robert recently returned to his hometown of Athens, Georgia to start Cardinal Real Estate Advisors. “My goal for Cardinal is to create a boutique firm that provides the level of service expected of a much larger firm. I truly believe each client deserves to firmly understand their options for both themselves and their business.” Cardinal focuses on servicing commercial clients, along with investors. “Real estate offers the opportunity for both personal and business growth. My job is to provide the platform for that growth to occur.”

Prior to returning to the Athens/Watkinsville area, Robert spent recent years working with Driggers Commercial Group, Inc. in St. Simons Island, Georgia focusing on commercial sales, investment, leasing, and property management. Tapping on his own knowledge in real estate, as well as a business owner and years working in the corporate hospitality industry, allows Robert to provide a broad knowledge base to best serve each client. Robert is excited to be back home with his wife of 20 years, Sonya, and their two children, Mischa and Morgan. “Being back home is great. I am looking forward to my wife and I raising our children in the area I was raised, and building a real estate firm of excellence.”
