We did a lot of "looking" via FaceTime and he was honest in his opinions that he saw in person that we could not see via the phone. I trust him completely and highly recommend Robert. Very nice guy, trustworthy, and amazing realtor. He helped my husband and I find the perfect house for our family in our price range. Robert is very informative and knowledgeable. He also looks out for your best interest in things you wouldn’t know about to look for when buying a house. Hands down would recommend him to family and friends. If we ever need a realtor again I will make sure we call Robert. Even if you don’t understand things or want to know what you need to do to get a house just give him a call. he helped us every step along the way, and was always super quick to answer us back. Even after helping us find our first home he still answers questions and helps us with everything. I would give him a hundred star rating if I could. Ten out of ten recommend.

Robert Kirby is a great realtor. He got us 4 offers within the first open house in less than 3 days of our home being on the market. The photos he took showed the real charm of our home and the email marketing he uses gets your home seen by eligible buyers quickly. He is responsive making my husband and I feel very comfortable throughout the entire process from going on the market, showings to reviewing offers and signing. We were in the market to purchase a new house. We didn't know what we were getting into and it wasn't what we thought it would be. We met Robert Kirby and he was always there to assist us, giving us advice about what to look for when purchasing a home. We then selected him as our Real Estate agent and it was an excellent decision. Robert Kirby is very very patient, knowledgeable and professional. He always looked out for our best interest. He would still show us homes regardless of the house not fitting our needs, but would educate us as to what is important for our family. He made the home buying process easy. He was able to answer all of our questions no matter the time of the day or night. He would also answer questions that didn't necessarily pertain to him for example question that should have been for our mortgage lender. Robert Kirby is highly recommended by me, because of his hard work and effort, he is now seen as part of my family for making our dream of purchasing a home come true.

Aside from being patient and honest Robert Kirby looked out for out best interest. My husband & I had been in the market for about a year. When we met Mr. Kirby we were still trying to fix our credit & e be with him knowing this, he continued to be helpful. He never rushed us or made our first time home buying confusing. We have bought and sold a few houses and Robert set the bar for all realtors! Our property was part of an estate and we lived 12 hours away. Needless to say, keeping up with the house was a concern...but not with Robert. He took care of everything for us. When we finally got it listed, Robert pushed the house and had it sold in 24 hours. Amazing!
