Robert Kirchner

Bob began his real estate career in 1998. Philosophically, he believes that Realtors should function as informed consultants to address their client's needs. Years ago, he began as an investor and got great satisfaction renovating properties. Bob believes that this aspect of his career has become a great asset, as he can assess the value of properties that other Realtors may not possess. He also has considerable experience with commercial properties. Lastly, Bob is a member of the CORE Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. His affiliation with Coldwell Banker, a number one market share company that utilizes modern technology and has an extensive network of agents to provide the necessary services required whether you are buying or selling your home. Bob currently lives on a farm outside of Ringoes, New Jersey. He has been a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County. He has two children and six grandchildren. He has an undergraduate degree in education and two graduate degrees. Bob had a very gratifying career in education working with handicapped children. As a result of both his training and experience, Bob believes that he possesses excellent communication skills and is sensitive to other's needs. Among his interests are running and the outdoors.
