I get to say I am waling into 2025 a first time home owner because of Chau Tran! Chau was with me through the process from day 1, he saw my budget, balanced practicality with hope, and did not let me settle; and I got my home with everything I wanted and more. Chau is a strong agent who will look with you, be patient in times of uncertainty, and remind you what you are looking for when you debate giving up/in. We worked with Joe Glass on the Rob Krop Team to buy our 1st home in Pennsylvania! It was a tricky deal because of the sellers' health but Joe was very patient and hardworking to see it all through. We had a few things required for the FHA loan and Joe worked hard to keep us in the loop, negotiate, and finish the deal. Closing changed a couple times but we closed on Halloween. We are very happy in our new home! Thank you Joe!

Our home sale was mandated by a divorce so, for all intents and purposes, Rob Krop had to work with two separate sellers, the lawyers, as well as the buyers and their agents. Rob was so understanding and communicated with everyone so well that the home sale became the more amicable part of our divorce. From the start he came well prepared, explained the process to everyone, and worked with us to get our house show ready. Not only did Rob sell our house within 7-days of listing, for our asking price, but he negotiated a 30-day free-rent-back post- closing agreement so that we could wrap up loose ends and vacate the house.

We were first time home buyer and highly recommend Jennifer Stitt due to her highly professionalism and she never influenced in our decision making. She never rushed us to see house viewing. We tried to put the offer in 11th hour while she was busy in writing another contract. She called seller agent and provided email offer and got extension for couple more hours to write our contract. Because of her extra ordinary support we signed the contract. However due to a lot of issues in the house and seller did not agree to fix the major issues we had to cancel the contract.
She understood our decision and said we made right choice. I was surprised to hear that from an agent.
Jennifer helped us to find our home within next week and actually worked with inspection team to get us a discount since inspections are expensive.
After we sign the contract she sent follow up emails with status update. We never sent her any remainder and she is very responsive and always top of the game.
