When it comes to Realtors, experience is priceless. I am a 3rd generation broker from Minnesota with over 26 years of experience and well over 1000 homes sold. I chose the Lewis team because I have witnessed their success over the years in Havasu and I knew they had what it takes to meet my high standards. Well, needless to say, they exceeded them! My wife and I had purchased a home out of state where we planned to move. As we packed, we listed with the Lewis Team because we were already aware of their expertise in the Lake Havasu area real estate market. Paperwork was signed and photos taken, and we drove away leaving everything in their hands.
Julie and Bobby did not disappoint! We don’t know how many times the house even showed, but within a couple weeks we had a cash offer of 97% asking price and the buyers’ request for a 5 day escrow!
I realize we were extremely fortunate having such a buyer, but in the span of a few days, we signed the paperwork and sent it off overnight.
Julie and the team kept us updated with phone calls at each step of the process and made this the easiest home sale we’ve ever experienced!!
I can not say it enough how comfortable and secure we were made to feel by Julie, Bobby and their team!
We heartily recommend the Lewis Team without reservation! They know the market and have the experience, which in real estate are the keys to success for all parties involved.
