My wife and I had purchased a home out of state where we planned to move. As we packed, we listed with the Lewis Team because we were already aware of their expertise in the Lake Havasu area real estate market. Paperwork was signed and photos taken, and we drove away leaving everything in their hands.
Julie and Bobby did not disappoint! We don’t know how many times the house even showed, but within a couple weeks we had a cash offer of 97% asking price and the buyers’ request for a 5 day escrow!
I realize we were extremely fortunate having such a buyer, but in the span of a few days, we signed the paperwork and sent it off overnight.
Julie and the team kept us updated with phone calls at each step of the process and made this the easiest home sale we’ve ever experienced!!
I can not say it enough how comfortable and secure we were made to feel by Julie, Bobby and their team!
