Rob Lacaze, a native New Yorker, has lived in Talbot County for over 20 years. Lacaze, a 1987 graduate of the University of Richmond’s E. Claiborne Robins School of Business, worked on Wall Street before meeting his wife Stephanie and relocating to Maryland’s Eastern Shore. He is known for his expertise in real estate and business. Lacaze has successfully founded and sold a real estate appraisal company and a real estate brokerage firm. The brokerage company was sold to Long and Foster, with Rob serving as President of Lacaze Meredith Real Estate, A Long and Foster Company for 6 years.

Recognized as an industry expert in the areas of marketing, evaluating and negotiating, Rob has listed and sold some of Talbot County’s most expensive waterfront estates. Rob has released himself of all managerial and corporate responsibilities and returned to his passion to list and sell real estate full time. Rob is Long & Foster's/Christie's #1 Realtor on Maryland's Eastern Shore.

Rob and Stephanie have 3 sons: Turner attended Auburn University and lives in Charleston, South Carolina, Alex attended Hobart College and graduated from Towson University, and Cole attends Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida.
