From service on the Petaluma City Council and Sonoma County Planning Commission, plus developing property and other real estate investments, I have been on most sides of transactions and bring an overall perspective to the table.

The "business" of commercial real estate requires experience and someone with negotiating expertise. During the past year I have renegotiated tenant leases in keeping with the downturn of commercial values and business fortunes.
