Robert Marchewka

Bob Marchewka comes to Compass from One Commercial Real Estate, a firm he founded in 2010. He works closely with businesses and individuals to sell, lease, or develop their properties, find specific properties for purchase, and to develop an overall real estate investment plan. Bob has assisted many businesses who wish to purchase property and build equity, rather than lease their facilities.

Bob has a 30-year career in commercial real estate. He was appointed 2017 Realtor of the Year by the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors (NHCIBOR). He has led and contributed to many of the organization’s committees, including sponsorship, public policy, government affairs, and RPAC. Bob is also Chairman of the city of Portsmouth’s Economic Development Commission and serves on the National Association of Realtors Commercial Committee and State and Local Issues Policy Committee.

Bob has represented hundreds of buyers, sellers, lessors, and lessees over the years and has built a reputation on a foundation of knowledge, experience, and a consultative approach to putting successful deals together.

Originally from West Lebanon, NH, Bob lives in Portsmouth, NH with his wife Jennifer and has two children.
