Robert D. Martin, CCIM, broker and owner of Ravenwood Real Estate, has been active in Alaska real estate since 1983. He brings to transactions his professionalism and range of knowledge in keeping with the National Association of Realtors’ commercial “CCIM” designation.
Martin worked for Coldwell Banker AREA, Inc. for eight years before joining Carr Gottstein Properties (owner of one of Alaska’s largest real estate portfolios). There he spent ten years procuring and handling over 100 active leasing accounts in addition to marketing and negotiating the sales of various CGP assets. In 2004 Martin opened Ravenwood Real Estate working exclusively on commercial sales and leasing.
Martin left Ravenwood for 16 months to work with Carr Gottstein Properties as they transitioned into “Denali Commercial”. He returned to Ravenwood Real Estate in January, 2018.
Ravenwood clients have included RSD Properties, Carr Gottstein Properties, Denali Commercial, Northrim Bank, NANA Corporation, The Tatitlek Corporation, The Alaska Railroad, Anchorage Community Mental Health Association, Hope Community Resources, Hickel Investments, Wal-Mart, Alaska Wild Berry Products, the City of King Cove, the Alaska Municipal League Joint Insurance Association, Alaska Housing Finance Corporation and the University of Alaska.
