Robert Matilla started the business Robert Cole Properties in confidence. He has almost 30 years of experience in the real estate and property management industry. It all started when his parents were able to leave Cuba and have a fresh start in America. The promise of a better life and future drove them to become entrepreneurs in the real estate industry, and their success drove Robert to want to follow in their footsteps. Ever since then, Robert has always run a family business and always will. Robert has been through different avenues of working solely as a real estate agent, a broker, a property manager, and a business owner. He wanted to create a company that could serve clients on a larger scale. He created Robert Cole Properties because he wanted to do it all. Why help one particular set of clienteles when their company can help multiple? He runs this business with his two intelligent, savvy daughters and other very knowledgeable members of his team.
