Bob McLaughlin has been a Professional Forester for 41 years, as well as a NYS Licensed Real Estate Agent for 21 years. In this time, he has been able to help countless Landowners, Sellers, and Buyers achieve their Forestry and/or Real Estate goals. Bob is known for a 'No Nonsense Style' and 'Hands on Approach' to both specialties. Because of his varied background(s) and travels throughout most of Northern New York State, he has obtained extensive knowledge and experience in all types of RE and RE Markets, giving him a unique ability to Professionally service both Clients or Customers. Bob takes great pride in researching properties thoroughly, his attention to detail throughout the entire sale transaction process and is known to go 'Above & Beyond' the Standard when helping Landowners, Buyers, and Sellers alike. When working with Bob a sense of humor is encouraged,….but by no means required.
Bob has been a resident of St. Lawrence County, NY since 1989 and resides at his Horse Farm and place of solitude located somewhere between Colton and Parishville.
