Robert Meneses

Robert Meneses is a founder of Kaizen Realty Partners, Inc. With a work smart, move fast mentality he has been able to work on multimillion-dollar transactions. He started specializing in the Doral Industrial Market and as time progressed, he has become educated in retail, office, and land transactions throughout South Florida. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in sales, leasing, investments, and developments.

Over the years, he has amassed various relationships with business owners and brokers which allow him to quickly respond to any situation. Since 1995, he has procured various transactions including sales, leases, and build to suit developments and is eager to do many more.

He is a highly energized, dedicated, professional, ethical, and motivated person. Graduating from Florida International University with a degree in Marketing and Real Estate. Robert Meneses hopes to assist in the continued growth of the community. He also enjoys spending time in the outdoors, enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Doral.
