We have worked with Robert for the last 10 years. He has been a part of us buying and selling houses through very hard times. Robert really puts time and energy into your personal story. As a personal anectdote - Robert worked with us to buy a house. WE LOVED OUR HOUSE. This past year we asked Robert to help us sell. 5 years later. Robert walked in and noticed every single change that we had made to the house, he remembered, five years later. He cares. He is enormously smart. We sold our house in 12 hours for over $150k over asking. Beyond this I absolutley respect Robert's values, heart and committment to those he works with.

I didn't know what to expect from a realtor, but I am definitely spoiled by how well Robert treated my wife and I. From looking at homes on his own time (which was 50+ in our house hunting adventure!) so he could take notes to weed out ones that wouldn't be a fit, to sending us updates on area trends, safety, and changes within them market, I couldn't be happier. As one half of two women looking for a place to call our home, he never pushed us to a location outside of our safety or budget range. There were certainly homes he could have pushed us to (which we thought we were interested in!) that he advised us not to, or at least to proceed with caution. Looking back, I am so grateful for how he's helped us through this process, and treated us as new homeowners rather than another transaction. Also, he's got "a guy" for everything!! If you're looking for someone whose caring, knowledgable with the area and industry, and wont disappear after your close, Robert is your guy!

I’ve been working with Robert for about 6 years now. I initially thought I wanted to buy back in 2016 but for various reasons opted to wait. Robert never pushed but was always available for questions. When I was finally ready this year, he was prompt and just as excited responding. Robert goes above and beyond what I would expect any realtor to do. From putting the work into really understanding what we as buyers wanted but also making sure we were aware and learning throughout the process. I truly felt that Robert had our backs as buyers, I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and recommend him to all sellers and buyers alike!

We had a pleasure working with Robert on finding our first home. It was a long journey as we were pretty picky, but in the end we found a perfect house. Robert went above and beyond helping us to find a good match, and didn't hesitate to tell us when he though something was not a good deal. What absolutely separates Robert from other agents we worked with is his technical expertise. Whereas most of other agents we worked with acted purely as salesmen, Robert felt more like a home inspector. On multiple occasions he found problems that we weren't even aware of. We learned so much from Robert, and would absolutely recommend him to anyone, especially first time home buyers.

Robert Moreno has been extremely helpful in my home search and helped me all the way from the beginning to finding the perfect first home for me and my wife.

My search began with looking at open lots for constructing a new home. Robert was very receptive to my ideas and even went with me to the city office to get the answers I needed so I can make an informed decision.

Amidst this I had to take a respite from my home search due to multiple family emergencies and personal losses. Robert gave us the space, time and comfort we needed. When we resumed our search, we had to alter our plans to buy a condo instead, close from work.

Robert restructured his search strategy and set up automatic email alerts curated for our specific needs. Great use of technology! He heard all of our concerns/requirements and was extremely patient with our demands and presented us with just the right options that fit the bill. He was always on or before time for all appointments/visits. At times, he even drove us to various properties, and always made sure he was only a phone call/ text/email away. Robert struck perfect mixture and balance of old school personal touch and modern day tech savvy.

Overall, Robert made sure that we had all the information needed and took special care of us as first time buyers. With his immense experience and deep knowledge of the housing market, professionalism, unique timing and pricing strategies, realistic suggestions and patience, we were able to find the right first home for our family to start growing.

Simply speaking, Robert is not in it for the greed of money, he’s all for helping the community and making long lasting relationships. Money just happens to be a side benefit of what he does passionately and wholeheartedly.
