Robert Najafinia is one of the best realtors in Orange County. He is very professional, caring, and dedicated to his clients. We were new to California and he spent a significant amount of time showing us various areas so we would feel comfortable before we purchased. Robert listened to our needs about our ideal property and was available day and night, 24/7, to answer our questions and he was very well-prepared. Additionally, he is very pleasant and has a friendly way of working with others, especially with other agents involved. We ended up in a multiple-offer situation competing against five other offers. This was a nerve wracking experience, but again, Robert delivered on time and professionally by offering us advice and reassurance. We learned quickly that in the real estate market, the seller's confidence in your ability to close the deal is almost as important as the amount of money you offer. Robert’s professional approach was the key in getting us into contract. In fact, there were offers that were higher than ours; however, the seller and listing agent told us that our offer was so well-prepared and presented by Robert that they wanted to work with us instead! Robert was able to negotiate effectively; truly he has his clients' best interests at heart. Robert is very patient and he explains the entire process; in this very aggressive and competitive market with offer cash buyers, we were able to get the house of our dreams. Thanks to Robert Najafinia, not only did we find and purchase our DREAM HOME, we were also able to save money. I would recommend Robert Najafinia for anyone who is in the market for purchasing a home. He is definitely a GO GETTER and he will find you the best deal.
