After carefully reviewing my needs, wants and means, Bob presented a number of homes that matched my criteria. Upon selecting a home, Bob help write a balanced purchase contract that protected me. Since I purchased a condo with a number a liens for special assessments and past HOA dues, he made sure that the seller paid for the liens. Best yet...the home appraised for 10% more than purchase price! I have worked with dozens of real estate professional over the years, Bob is among the best of the best. Needless to say, I can refer without hesitation.

It was our first time looking for a house and Bob was our realtor. He is organized, straightforward, honest, and good with kids!! We brought our 3 year old and 7 month old to all our house tours. He walked us through all the difficult parts of buying a home and helped us feel confident and empowered. He was always available when we needed him and he went above and beyond what I expected out of a realtor. Now we have the house of our dreams and we have Bob to thank for that.

We bought a house from Bob Neal back in 2006 and even now in 2013, he continues to stay in contact with us; not to get us to purchase again but to see how we are doing. Our first experience in buying a house back in 2000 was a complete disaster because our real estate agent was incompetent, forgetful and exasperating. So we were very apprehensive about finding a new agent based on that experience. But Bob has been absolutely wonderful and although we have no plans to move, we would definitely recommend him and use him again should the need arise.

Bob was our real estate agent for both purchasing new house and for selling our existing house. When selling out house, it was still a buyer's market and there were houses near ours that had been listed around the same price we wanted to list but they had been there for a few months. Bob helped us stage the house, set a good price, and set up open houses and get a lot of foot traffic through our house. Bob was able to sell our house in under 3 weeks during a market where this was well below the norm. Bob is very professional and knows the process and what to expect at different stages of the buying and selling process.

Bob was our buyer's agent in the process of purchasing a new construction home. We originally thought we'd go with RedFin, but eventually decided to work with Bob, because he made a good first impression on us and was one of the on-site agents. He was very responsive and timely, which was especially important at the offer phase, and would come to our house late in the evening to sign papers. Throughout the whole 7-month process he was available and helpful when we needed his advice. After we finally moved into the house, we discovered that the driveway was inadequate for getting in and out of the garage. Bod helped raised this issue with the builder, and they agreed to fix it. Overall, we are pretty happy with Bob's work and would recommend him to others.

We moved from Salt Lake City 5 years ago and connected with Bob because of his great job of finding a home for our daughter & family on their move from Wash DC. We decided to move to the Seattle area just as the market started to tank. I stayed in Salt Lake to handle the sale of that property and Nancy flew to Seattle to find us a new home. Bob worked with us on a couple of previous trips and we developed great confidence in him. Salt Lake sold and Bob went into high gear with Nancy to find us a new home. In 2 days they found it and closed the deal. Bob has great knowledge of the area, pricing and detailed contract understanding. Hours were spent in negotiating and signing of documents with his help. We feel you couldn't do better than Bob.

I can offer several examples of the quality of service Bob provided to us. We bought our current house before selling our previous house. The intervening time period was stressful, while we paid two mortgages. We were frequently questioning our pricing and marketing, especially as we were selling following the historic downturn, and off-season as well (December!). Bob communicated with us frequently, and while he did not sugar-coat the situation, he presented our options dispassionately, and helped us steer our course with facts, rather than emotion. In the end, we signed an offer very close to our asking price, and higher than the price we'd determined we would drop to if necessary. While purchasing our new house, Bob took a good amount of time to work with the sellers and their agents. We asked for some significant-to-us modifications, and Bob was able to represent us in a way that helped the sellers say yes to our requests. In addition, the sellers asked for some closing date flexibility on our part, which we were happy to provide. Bob used his negotiating skills to turn that flexibility into an asset, by asking them to provide free a concession that we'd already agreed we'd pay for. Throughout our buying and selling process, Bob's calm and careful approach provided us peace of mind, during what is for most of us a very stressful transition. We would recommend Bob Neal to any buyer or seller.

We had a great experience with Bob. As this was our first house purchase, he walked us through the whole process and answered any questions we had. He was very responsive to all of our needs and was quick to investigate houses that we had found when we let him know of them. His knowledge of the area was very useful as he could often give additional info to us about a home based on the neighborhoods, history of price changes, etc. His long time experience in the area was more helpful than we imagined! When we finally did find the home we wanted, he actually knew and had a good relationship with the selling Realtor and we're convinced that helped put us over the edge to get the home when there were 5 other bids on the house. Bob continues to check in with us a few times a year to make sure we're doing well. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
