Bob Neidig has been working as a Managing Broker in the residential Real Estate industry in the greater Denver area since 1995 specializing in single family and multi-family homes, conversion projects and FHA approval for multi-family projects. He entered the Real Estate business with the goal of setting Kingdom Realty apart from other real estate firms. Friends of his asked him “why do you want to get into the Real Estate business, realtors are like car salesmen”. His response was that he wanted to change that perception with his customers. Bob’s thesis in college was on “Customer Service”. His goal is to go beyond our customers’ expectations.
