Rob is very knowledgeable about the current housing market in York County and shares his knowledge in a way that is easy to understand. He is very responsive and helps to alleviate concerns and worries during the home buying process. It was great to be with someone who I felt knew us and we weren't just dollar signs to him. He really wanted to do what was in our best interest.

Not all real estate transactions go smoothly and that is when you need an experienced professional on your team. One of the main reasons I chose to use a real estate professional is that I simply did not want the headaches associated with the whole process. I simply wanted to show up at closing, deal done. Unfortunately, those headaches presented themselves and Robert was there to take the lead to get the deal done.
