I got in touch with Bobby after applying to something online back in 2019. Because of my sales career background, I am always skeptical at first of how salesy others will be. However, I didn't feel Bobby was at all. This home purchase was my first and he was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
He was always available to communicate with.
He always promptly sent over listings after tours and new listings he came across. Once we found the right home for me, he was there every step of the way in getting the deal secured. In general, he delivers on everything he promises. I would recommend him to anyone and will be recommending him to all my friends. Thank you Bobby for being a trusted advisor in helping me make this major decision in my life!

Bobby was a huge help in finding our first house! The market was all over the place in 2022 when we started looking, and he was so patient and optimistic throughout all the highs and lows of our search. His knowledge of the process and market were incredibly calming in a very chaotic process. When we did finally put an offer in and had a chance against 25 (!!!) other offers, Bobby worked quickly with us and the selling agent to make our offer be the best possible option for the sellers. Without him, I'm not sure we would have found or bought this house!

Bobby helped me and my wife find our dream home to start our family in Virginia while we were in town for a few days. He worked tirelessly finding places and scheduling walkthroughs, and got us in on an offer on a Sunday before we flew back to Minnesota. We never expected to find the perfect place that we HAD to have but he not only found that, but to do all the leg work with the sellers was just above and beyond. Two things you can guarantee with Bobby as your realtor, he will work hard for you, and he will do so with integrity. I will never even consider using another realtor. Even if I leave the state I will pay for him to get a license wherever I might move. Hands down the best in the business.
