As a Sales and Leasing Associate in Southwest Virginia, Robert is committed to assisting his clients make informed decisions utilizing firsthand experience and relevant data. He has over 4 years of hands-on experience in the real estate industry managing and growing a local real estate portfolio consisting of multi-family and industrial properties. His experience includes property management, sales and lease negotiations, financial analysis, acquisitions and dispositions. During his time with this local business, he was involved in the redevelopment of The Historic Blair Apartments in Salem, VA, multiple multi-family and industrial asset purchases, and comprehensive management of the portfolio. Prior to real estate, Robert worked as an inventory analyst for another local firm. Robert’s operational expertise allows him to support his clients in making insightful, data driven decisions. He is passionate about helping his clients accomplish their various real estate goals.

Robert is a native of the Roanoke Valley and graduated with honors from Virginia Tech with a degree in Business Management. Some of his hobbies include outdoor sports and activities, spending time with family and friends, reading and acquiring new skills. He currently lives in Roanoke County with his wife, son, daughter and golden retriever.
