I have called Nashville home for the past 8 years. Today, I'm a real estate agent, but in my previous life, I worked for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Nashville Sports Council, where I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge about Nashville and the Middle TN Area as a whole. I love meeting new people, building relationships, and creating community. I was drawn to real estate for the opportunity to help clients make the complex process of buying and selling a home as simple as possible.

Robert was a huge support and listening ear when we needed it. He gave great direction, answered questions we needed his expertise on, and made us feel like his only clients, though of course he was being pulled in many directions while we also pulled him in ours. He handled selling a condo in Nashville, connecting us with a Sotheby's agent to sell a house in Indy, and buying our house in Mount Juliet, all at the same time and while keeping the momentum and organization going for them all. We wouldn't be where we are now without him.

We just recently purchased a new construction with the assistance of Robert Rosario as our realtor. We cannot express how grateful we were for having him during this experience. He was cognitive and knowledgeable of all aspects of the housing process. He has other excellent contacts that we used in acquiring our new home, such as lenders and inspectors. As a first-time home buyer, Robert was great to work with! He knows the Nashville market well, and worked hard to show me places all around the area—including places that I wouldn't have considered looking. He helped me get to know not only the geographic location that I loved most, but also the type of space I wanted to buy for myself! He helped me remain level-headed amongst the biggest purchase of my life, and I'm so happy to say that I now live in my dream home!
