Bob Sabol brings over 25 years of valuable experience to the Wohler Realty Group. Specializing in the neighborhoods and areas located throughout Stratton Mountain, Bob’s knowledge of the resort’s condo, townhome and luxury home communities are immense. A top-producing Sales Associate at Wohler Realty, he’s skillfully negotiated & settled contracts on numerous multimillion-dollar properties, facilitating smooth transactions while ensuring desired outcomes for all his clients. Bob also maintains deep real estate connections with all of Stratton Mountain’s surrounding communities, including Manchester, Dorset, Peru, Londonderry, and Weston and enjoys helping clients sell, find, or purchase their Green Mountain dream.

Bob utterly understands the needs of the weekend “road warriors” who frequently travel to & from Vermont from the greater New York & Boston metropolitan areas. Growing up in New Jersey, Bob fondly remembers similar family trips to the region and decided to make the Green Mountain state his permanent home in 1987. He enjoys the beauty, safety, and intense sense of community in the area, and relishes the opportunity to help his clients find their own special piece of Vermont.

Throughout his distinguished real estate career, Bob has created and fostered strong multi-generational relationships with his clients, helping families buy & sell their properties and eventually helping their children do the same. He maintains deep roots in the area towns of Peru, Weston, and Manchester where over the last 25 years he’s raised 4 kids, all of whom attended Burr and Burton Academy and participated in local athletic programs. As a longtime resident of southern Vermont, Bob has a thorough understanding of location, availability, and amenities of all local properties, whether it be a condo or a single-family home in a residential neighborhood.

Bob enjoys spending time with his family and their two dogs – a yellow lab, Miller, and cocker spaniel, Misty. A former head coach at Castleton University, Bob is enthusiastic about lacrosse and continues to serve as a Vermont Lacrosse Official, officiating youth & high school games across the state. He and his family are lifelong and avid skiers and thoroughly enjoy the active mountain lifestyle that Vermont offers.
