Hands down, no regrets working with Rob Sago and would absolutely work with him again! I found Rob online when researching agents and I’m so glad we chose him! Even through the stressful parts, which are out of his control, he maintained his professionalism while also being very supportive & understanding, whether it was through text, email or in person. Rob has amazing work ethics. He never pressured us to do anything but did provide the information we needed to help us make the best decision that worked for us. We did used the home inspection service he recommended which work out great for us. I, by choice, was constantly searching online for homes and would send him what I wanted to check out. I know some people prefer their agent to do this but this method worked for all of us as it helped speed things along. Rob was never late to see a home. The one time he couldn’t meet us, he had someone from his team fill in for him which allowed us to submit an offer before the deadline. At one showing, the home needed a lot of work and we were contemplating on putting an offer. Rob saw we were getting desperate and told us “I don’t want you to settle”. In today’s market, sometimes feels like we have to settle but Rob always made sure we were truly happy with the house we would bid on. We built a great relationship with Rob over the course of finding the a home and many times it felt like talking to a good friend from back in day. On the day we closed on our new home, we were saying our goodbyes (which I realized felt hard to do) and I said we’ll keep in contact to follow up on an email from seller. Rob threw his arms up and proudly said “We’ll keep in contact cause I’M YOUR AGENT!!!” That’s Rob for you. We can’t thank him enough for our journey together!

This post is super long over due. Rob Sago was the Real Estate Agent that helped my husband and I find our new home. I solicited (3) Real Estate Agents to be the chosen one and Rob outshine them all from our first conversation. We are so happy with the decision that we made in selecting Rob to be our guide. Rob was attentive, responsive, resourceful, prompt, experienced and educated in the Real Estate Industry and its current trends. He kept us abreast of the housing market changes, connected us with fantastic resources, and showed us beautiful homes. He was so flexible and considerate of our family’s crazy schedule. Rob looked at homes with my husband and I through rain, sleet, snow, sweltering summer months, early mornings and late evenings. My only concern with Rob is that I don’t think he SLEEPS! Anytime I would text Rob early morning or late at night he responded so fast with a thorough response in an immediate way. When I got discouraged along the way, he became this optimistic cheerleading encourager that boosted my faith in finding the perfect home for our family. Well let me tell you, he was right! Rob helped us find the perfect home for our family, during the most difficult time for buyers, in less than a year! When inventory (Homes) couldn’t stay on the market for longer than 3 days! Unless you know how tough that is, can you appreciate Mr. Sago’s commitment and diligence. I could go on and on about Rob… he was a great teacher, knew his stuff, provided resources and strategies, he helped us overcome obstacles during negotiations with his skill level! I’m a tough cookie, I know I am… I know that I drove him crazy most days but Rob remained consistent, professional and attentive. Those qualities are extremely important in this process!
We have been in our home since March and we’ve reposition Rob in our lives from our realtor to now our family! Thank you Mr. Sago… you rock so hard!!!!

Rob was extremely helpful in both searching for available Townhomes and scheduling viewings. We were not the easiest clients to deal with admitting lol, but Rob remained patient with us as we found the perfect place. Rob helped making the process of finding a buy a home much easier. We started looking for a lot before searching homes he was great. We had a few start/stops in out search, but every time I reached out he picked up like no time had passed. Anytime I had a question or concern he was quick to answer.

During inspections an emergency came up on his end, but instead of asking me to adjust he came to me with a solution that didn't impact my schedule. If you ask me, that is a quality worth its weight in gold.
