Robert Sampson

Upon graduation from the University of Maine with a degree in Construction Management, Rob began working in the construction industry in the DC/Maryland/Virginia region where he gained extensive knowledge and experience in construction practices, environmental sustainability and contract negotiations. He has 17+ years of working experience in the construction industry, ranging from being a carpenter's apprentice to being a Project Manager on multi-million dollar government/commercial contracts.

With this background, Rob continuously found himself helping his friends and family with home construction needs, from helping complete simple renovation projects, to providing insight and expertise on costs to complete full renovations, to coordinating large-scale projects with contractors. His desire to help his friends with their real estate questions in addition to their home improvement questions led Rob to his current career in real estate. He now welcomes the opportunity to help as many as he can navigate their real estate journeys.
