I have been in real estate sales and analysis for the past 14 years, in which time I have been a repeat member of the Presidents Club which recognizes top producers, also having been named as one of the top 10 agents in 2 different companies. Over the past several years, I have been working with Sotheby's International Realty. The marketing strategy I implemented and my efforts have garnered transactions in Oakland, Berkeley, Rodeo, Hayward, Richmond, San Leandro and various other cities in the Counties of Alameda and Contra Costa. The properties are diverse and include; office buildings, residential homes, multi-family properties, warehouses, retail and even a church. My partner and I closed an 81-unit apartment building deal, one of the largest commercial transactions for the company. I also have in depth knowledge of commercial leasing of office, industrial and retail space as well as property management.
