Robert Shannon

Robert Shannon and Donna Keese Shannon lived in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and owned a Lake Hamilton condo for a number of years before purchasing a lake home and moving to Hot Springs in late 2005.

Robert holds a degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Robert has a BSBA in Real Estate and Finance. Robert's work experiences have been in a family-owned lumber and building material business and in financial planning with American Express in Clinton, AR

Since 2006 Robert and Donna have been Arkansas Realtors Association 'Award for Excellence' winners, received the Hot Springs Realty 'Realtor of the Year' award, and the Hot Springs Realty 'Outstanding Achievement' award. Robert served as a Director for the Hot Springs Board of Realtors for several years, becoming the Treasurer in 2011-2014 and again in 2019. In 2015 he became the President Elect. In 2016 he served as President of the HSBOR. Robert was the HSBOR 2016 Realtor of the Year. His service to the Board keeps him abreast of national trends in real estate and exactly what is happening in the local Hot Springs market.
