Robert Silva lives in Prosper, Texas, with his wife and three children. He earned an academic scholarship and received a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Investment Finance from the University of Southern California (USC). After college, he worked in the financial services industry as a registered broker, investment advisor, asset manager, and compliance officer. During those years, he learned the value of attention to detail and providing excellent customer service.

It was not until he sold his first home that he realized owning real estate was a superior investment, compared to all other investment types, based on its significant returns. It was then he decided to leave the financial services industry, and he became a full-time real estate professional.
