Robert is by far the finest Real Estate Broker I’ve had the pleasure working with. He is a consummate professional and brings years of experience to the table. Robert is a great negotiator whose communication skills are unmatched. We were able to work through a 7 day close, cash offer deal (above asking), with little to no issues thanks to Robert’s hard work and ability to project and overcome obstacles. Beyond being a great broker who gets the job done, Robert is a great human being who cares for his clients’ wants and needs. He is simply the best and has my highest recommendation.

Robert goes the extra mile! He is the best realtor we've every worked with! He knew exactly what we needed for our family. He got us our dream home in the height of the market with multiple offers, in the middle of the pandemic, difficult schedules from out of town, duel escrows, a deadline, and a strict budget! He is a tough negotiator and he made sure we got everything we wanted and more! Robert is very professional and knowledgeable with a keen eye and made sure we had all the right inspections and nothing was overlooked! He even connected us with multiple contractors, cleaners and repair men and met with them for us after the sale to get it all done perfectly before we moved in! We couldn't have done this without him. We love our new home and neighborhood and we are so very grateful to Robert for all he has done for our family! Highly recommend!

Robert is as good as it gets! He the consummate professional and goes way above and beyond. He’s always working around the clock, is one text away, and does everything in his power to ensure the transaction goes as smoothly as possible for all parties. Having worked with him selling one, nearly 2 million dollar, home and having him represent me on the purchase of four (500k to 915K) homes, I know he works the same regardless of the purchase (or sale) price. From negotiations, to lenders, to inspectors, to finding suitable repair vendors (on the buying side) he does it all. I just finished my last purchase with him on October 23rd, 2020 and he’s only improved since my first deal with him in 2014. The last two purchases were bidding wars and we came out on top both times, with full loans, against cash offers. He's the one you want in your corner. For the selling side, he came in and had recommendations for quick repairs, along with having a team to fully stage the house so that it would be presentable to sell at the highest price. I’ve also referred him to many friends and family and they all highly recommend him. If you are looking for a realtor, that works in “real time” look no further. Robert is your guy!

Robert managed our company owned condo for about a year (AARE is truly a full service company) and then when it was decided that we sell it, he became our realtor. He really is an amazing realtor. Went above and beyond to make sure the place was staged just right and it sold, even in these times, for $40,500 more than the asking price and within weeks of going on the market. He took negotiations to a much higher level and on top of everything he's a great, caring, funny guy! Couldn't ask for a better realtor, EVER!
