Originally from Philadelphia, PA, I moved to Iowa in 2011 and currently reside in Cumming, IA, with my wife, two kids, and our dog. Over the years, we’ve lived in various communities across the state, including Nevada, Ankeny, Altoona, and Davenport. We also spent two years in Georgia before returning to Iowa after the pandemic, where we built a home in Johnston. That home was the turning point in my career. After moving in, we quickly discovered numerous issues that ultimately forced us to sell.
That experience ignited my passion for real estate & home inspections, motivating me to ensure other families don’t face the same challenges. Now, I’m dedicated to helping home buyers protect their investments and, most importantly, their families.
