Robert Spicer

I have been in the real estate business for the past 38 years, starting as an agent and broker in Southern California in the mid-60's. I am now Principal Broker and President/CEO for two Corporations: Stonebrook Real Estate, Inc. and Stonebrook Mortgage Services, Inc. I also have General Building Contractor's licenses for Utah and California.

My accomplishments include condominium conversions, housing developments, income property operation and management, home building and limited liability companies, limited partnerships and joint ventures for real estate investments. I wrote one of the first computer programs in the country that analyzes the investment potential of income property and another program that determines the current market value of single family homes. I am a graduate of Purdue University with a Master's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering. From 1964 to 1977 I worked for the Rand Corp. and RDA "Think Tanks" as a systems analyst and program manager in the applications of new technologies to advanced aero space and military weapons systems concepts.
