Hi, I’m Bob Stidham, a REALTOR located in Boynton Beach, Florida and serving
Palm Beach County, North Broward County, and St. Lucie County. Choosing to work

A little about me so you know what I bring to the table. I came to real estate after
serving as an Army Infantry officer for four years, seven years as a sales representative
with Exxon here in Florida, then four more years as head of Exxon’s Retailer
Development Center in Atlanta, GA, and finishing my 30-year career with Exxon as the
Training Coordinator/Manager for one of Exxon’s coal companies in Carlinville, IL

After retiring from Exxon in 1997, I formed Stidham Enterprises, a Training and
Productivity Improvement Consulting firm and continued in that business until 2008
when I decided to change careers and become a REALTOR. I mention this bit of my background
because throughout my career with Exxon and with my own company,
I trained, coached, collaborated with, and helped hundreds of people,
from all walks of life, to achieve their goals in the business world. I do that same thing as a
REALTOR, helping buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants achieve their goals and
dreams.

In 2007, still in the training business, my wife, Pat, and I moved from Illinois to Boynton
Beach leaving the ice, snow, and gloom period behind. We also left behind a home,
friends, neighbors and family. By the way, that family is six children, nine grandchildren, and two
great-grandchildren, none of whom are close by. Some of you may be about to
enter into that same realm and may have some concerns.

Finding a new home or selling your current home can be one of life’s most meaningful
moments, and at the same time, overwhelming. Perhaps even scary. Leaving family
and friends, a home you may have lived in for decades can be scary. Having an
experienced REALTOR at your side can be quite comforting, and I’m here to help you
navigate that experience and make it as stress-free as possible.

My history and my picture should have given you the clue that I am a “seasoned citizen”
