Robert Stiles

Robert’s background is in real estate as a whole (he received his real estate license in 2010), This includes co-founding & operating a successful real estate brokerage, and property management company, previously co-owner of a custom homes & construction company which also owned and operated a "Spray foam Rig" (a kind of insulation), subdividing land, property restoration/remodels, and advanced knowledge of commercial & consumer financing and being a personal investor in real estate in the Eastern Iowa Area.
It is Robert’s pleasure and joy to leverage all of this experience to help his clients and agents be more informed and educated on how things work on a macro, or "big picture", so that they make better decisions and have a more fulfilling life. Robert is truly grateful and excited to be in his local community in The Cedar Rapids greater area.
